Our handmade items are hand-wrapped with love and care using eco-friendly materials.  As an environmentally conscious brand, we will wrap multiple items from your order together to save on paper & packaging.  If you are purchasing a gift and would prefer your items to be individually wrapped, just let us know in the comments box at check-out or send us an email at: info@mejrii.com

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending upon the delivery country and item ordered. 

UK delivery is FREE

Delivery to Europe starts at £5.25

International delivery (outside of Europe) starts from £9.95.

Dispatch Times

​

Most orders will be shipped on the same day they were placed however to account for evening orders & weekends, please allow 1-3 days for your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

​

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there can be slight variations in size and colour.  We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our artisanal products, but it's important to us that you love your item and so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days.

To begin a return, please email us at info@mejrii.com with your order number.

Provided that the items returned are in the original, unused condition which we supplied them to you, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge (not applicable to UK orders with free shipping).  If the returned item is used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns Lost or Damaged in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage receipt (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item to us.
