Deep Bordeaux with contrasting cream trim, this smaller throw is known as a Peshtemal.  Part of rich Ottoman culture, these small, light throws are found all around the modern Turkish home and are perfect as summer blankets, sofa throws, tablecloths and, as originally intended, bathing towels.   

Hand-loomed by master weavers in one of the few remaining Ateliers in Turkey, where textiles are now mostly mass-produced in factories.
